Warwick is a dynamic and flexible business development specialist who has been providing business growth and strategic marketing support and advice to a range of businesses over the past 25 years.
This has included helping small business start-ups enter the market through to putting in place complex strategic marketing plans to help turn around the fortunes of large organizations. For example, as General Manger, Marketing and Business Development for a large maritime port company Warwick was responsible for developing strategies and tactics that have led to the doubling of customers (ships) using the major industrial port of Port Kembla in the next couple of years.
On a smaller scale, while Executive Director of the Illawarra Business Advisory Service, he has had extensive experience in advising small to medium businesses on the best methods to start-up and grow their companies.
Warwick was also a founding Director of and instrumental in establishing Australia's Industry World Limited - an award winning regional tourist operation in the Illawarra focusing on the steel works and industrial harbour. He has also run his own small sales company and knows from experience the type of pressures many business operators are under to grow their customer base and increase turnover while at the same time managing finances, staff and government regulations.
Now operating his own business and marketing consulting company, "Profit Growth Systems", Warwick is able to use his marketing, business development and commercial skills and experience to deliver outstanding results for clients who are committed to growing their businesses.
